Shipping vs delivery date

The Lead Time shown on the checkout page is the date your parts will be shipped by. Once you click “continue to submit request” you will be shown the shipping time on the right hand side of the page.

Expedited Orders

At this time we are unable to expedite orders, and the displayed lead times and shipping times are accurate.

Picking up parts

At this time it is not possible to facilitate pickup of parts. All orders are shipped to customers.

I have not received my parts. What can I do?

If you have not received your parts by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to so we can contact the Manufacturing Partner responsible for your order. Please note that 3D Hubs is not responsible for delays caused by the specific shipping provider (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc).
