Part quality does not meet my specifications, what can I do?

All our parts are manufactured in accordance with our Manufacturing Standards. If the quality of your parts does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us know by raising a dispute with our Supply team. 

You can raise a dispute by filling in this form within 5 working days of receiving your parts. Once received, our Supply team will work on resolving your dispute as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
