I can't complete an order

I’ve had some unforeseen circumstances which is preventing me from completed one or more of my orders on time, what should I do?

Even the best and most reliable Manufacturing Partners can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as shifted layers due to landslides or electrical outages caused by hurricanes. In these situations we ask that you contact the 3D Hubs customer service as soon as possible through the order page of the order affected.

In response we will contact the 3D Hubs customer with the option to either accept a delay in the order or cancel the order altogether. In the case of a cancellation, you will not be able to invoice 3D Hubs for the order, even if part of the order had already been completed.
