Should I expect any extra fees on top of the amount in the quote?

All the quotes you see are final - if we cannot quote something, an “RFQ” (Request for quote) will appear in a place of the price and you will be able to submit your order for manual review.

Which payment methods do you support?

3D Hubs is using Stripe as our main payment provider, which means most of the usual online payment methods are available.

PayPal however, is not available at this time.

How do I pay with a Purchase Order?

The minimum order value to pay via a Purchase Order is $4,000. If your budget matches that don’t hesitate to contact to set up the purchase order payment.

How do I setup NET 30 terms with 3D Hubs?

After paying for the order you will automatically receive an invoice to your email address. If you have a specific question about the invoice you can contact us through

My payment did not go through/was rejected: what can I do?

A high majority of rejected payment cases are due to your credit card provider. Contacting your payment service provider/bank to check why the transaction was rejected is your best bet. If that didn’t help, please reach out to us over

Do you offer discounts for students?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer student discounts, as we have recently moved to a new order architecture which does not allow discounts.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

All the prices calculated by the 3D Hubs quoting portal are final - in some cases, the calculation automatically includes discounts if the quantity of parts is larger.

I can't apply my discount code, what do I do?

Unfortunately, the new 3D Hubs system does not support the old discounts. Any discounts given out before the October 1st, 2018 aren’t valid anymore.
