Payment and Invoicing

Most frequently asked questions about payment methods, discounts and invoicing

All the quotes you see are final - if we cannot quote something, an “RFQ” (Request for quote) will appear in a place of the price and you will be able to submit your order for manual review.

Which payment methods do you support?

3D Hubs is using Stripe as our main payment provider, which means most of the usual online payment methods are available.

PayPal however, is not available at this time.

A high majority of rejected payment cases are due to your credit card provider. Contacting your payment service provider/bank to check why the transaction was rejected is your best bet. If that didn’t help, please reach out to us over finance@3dhubs.com
